At DessonsTraders Furniture Company, we are committed to providing a reliable and seamless delivery experience for our customers. Our goal is to ensure that your furniture reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed with us.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For customized or made-to-order products, processing may take longer, depending on the design and manufacturing timeline. Customers will be informed of estimated production and delivery schedules at the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of your furniture. Depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of the product, shipping may be handled via:

  • Standard courier partners (for smaller items).

  • Specialized furniture delivery services (for bulky items such as sofas, beds, and wardrobes).

  • Company-arranged transport for local deliveries within select areas.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 7–15 business days within India.

  • For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer.

  • Customized or pre-ordered products may require 3–6 weeks for delivery, depending on the design and material availability.

  • Estimated delivery times will be shared at the time of order confirmation, and tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on selected products and locations.

  • For oversized, heavy, or specially handled products, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be notified of such charges before confirming their order.

  • International shipping is not currently available.


5. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the date and time.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • For multi-story buildings without elevator access, additional handling charges may apply for manual carrying of large furniture items.

  • Please ensure that your doorway, staircase, and room space are adequate to accommodate the furniture being delivered. DessonsTraders is not responsible for delivery failures due to inadequate access space.


6. Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect the furniture upon delivery for any visible damages, defects, or missing parts.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us or the delivery personnel immediately and document the issue with photographs.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for free replacement or repair.


7. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

  • Transportation strikes, accidents, or logistical disruptions.

  • Supply chain shortages or unexpected production delays.

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue at the earliest.


8. Address Changes

  • Customers can request an address change before the order is shipped.

  • Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible, and re-routing charges may apply.


9. Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the customer, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping charges will be applicable in such cases.
